Yes, you can make changes to booking information such as vehicle details, phone number. There are no charges to amend these details. Log on to your account and make the changes at least 48 hours before the commencement of your trip.

You can cancel your booking 48 hours before the departure date, except for non-refundable offers. In case of cancellation, a £20 administration fee will be incurred. There is no refund for any cancellation made withing 48 hours of departure date or in case of no show.
